Designed to blend seamlessly with its Mount Martha surrounds, Yala is a grounded, single-level family home centred around a tranquil courtyard. With rammed earth walls, darkened timbers, and native plantings, the home balances openness and privacy. We start with a "Complimentary Discovery Session" at the offices of ACASÂ in Mount Martha. This no-cost and obligation-free initial consultation involves discussing your vision, requirements, and budget to shape a tailored design proposal. We will present past projects and our design & build process. Following this we will submit a Fee Proposal for your consideration.
How long does a typical home building project take from design to completion?
Your project's timeline could vary, ranging from a few months to a couple of years based on project size and complexity. However, be assured that ACASÂ will do everything to prevent delays in the design and approvals process.
Are your designs sustainable and energy-efficient?
